(1) Classroom training / OJT training
After being assigned, first learn basic knowledge firmly through classroom training and OJT training.
If you learn a certain amount of knowledge, you can handle operations, pay bills, etc.
You will be in charge of work other than contract work.
If you have any questions, you can check with the senior staff or a specialist window on the spot, so you can work with peace of mind!

(2) Start of sales operations
At the counter, we will listen to your requirements and respond.
Please be assured that you will not have to go through the procedure by yourself from the beginning, and senior staff and education staff will be next to you.

(3) + α proposal
If it becomes possible for one person to complete the procedure, we will propose products other than mobile phones according to the needs and lifestyles of customers.
Inevitably, you will acquire communication skills and the ability to make proposals.

[Salary]
Monthly income 220,000 yen + overtime fee (when operating on 22nd)
Full overtime payment (no overtime is considered)

Second year (monthly salary 240,000 yen + recruitment allowance 100,000 yen) x 12 months = 4,080,000 yen
3rd year (Monthly salary 260,000 yen + Recruitment allowance 160,000 yen + (* 2) Business management allowance 100,000 yen) × 12 months = 6,240,000 yen
