Hello, this is Matsuura of Sapporo recycling garden.

It is junk. The charger cable has been disconnected.
I tried to charge the rechargeable battery by connecting the charger cable, but it was not possible to charge the battery with red flashing.
So it has not been confirmed whether the main unit works.
The charger also just has the cable stuck with tape.
Please note that junk = broken items, repair required, parts removal.
